Federico Bartolomei, an expert in winemaking, after training with masters of the calibre of Giacomo Tachis and Vittorio Fiore, has dedicated his passion to the family business. Starting in 2000, he expanded the vineyards and actvely managed the business, coinciding with the creation of the Orcia appellation. Subsequently, he invested in a new winery, gradually increasing production and diversifying into appellations such as Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. Currently, Podernuovo manages about 10 hectares between Montalcino and the Val d'Orcia, showing significant growth under his leadership. His dedication to oenology and the enhancement of the territory is reflected in the winery's success.
